Dr. Can Çobanoğlu, who is still serving at Çobanoğlu Clinic, has completed his specialty on Orthopedics and Traumatology at Ankara in 1986 and begun working at Cyprus. He had worked at Vienna General Hospital for a while after taking education on Pediatric Orthopedics and diagnosis and treatment of sport injuries, at Vienna University, besides his Orthopedics and Traumatology education. Also, he did some training on Sports medicine at Budapest. Apart from the classical approaches to diseases, he also did some practice about those by taking education in different fields at the leading centers of different countries. In order to achieve this, he took education about cellular regeneration from Dr. Kira Samoilova at St. Petersburg and about mesotherapy from Dr Jacques Le Coz, assistant of Dr. Pistor, at Paris, and he maintains his visits in order to keep track of developments. He did some training on low energy lasers at regenerative medicine field at France and Russia. He took some seminars about Prof. Dr. Revenko's Lenin award winning SCENAR treatment which is one of the biggest contributions to medicine from Russians.

While treating illnesses, he focused on treating the underlying cause rather than treating the symptoms due to the importance of cellular reproduction and regeneration.

Progress in regenerative treatment is achieved through induction of stem cells by special factors of the cells which are harvested from patient’s own blood in Germany and Korea. A method known as PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is used commonly in success today.

He uses carboxytherapy , which he studied in Prag, especially in tissue regeneration and pain treatment. Medicine is a dynamic science and it has a quick progress. Modern medicine is based on less invasive and regenerative treatment methods, in principle of tissue regeneration and fixing the impaired function of the body before aggressive treatment methods, in line with what Hippocrates told 2500 years ago, “Primmumnonnecere” meaning “first of all, do not harm the patient”.
